Use in the South American Civil War

Whilst being one of many rocket artillery in existance, the Steel Rain was used widely during the civil war in South America, being the best choice for bombarding enemy bases and splinter cell hideouts while co-ordinated by the USA's satellites, making the Steel Rain a good option for dealing with enemy vehicles and bases and their bigger brothers aka the Quaker Cannon can safely immobilize enemy infantry inside buildings. This is proven to be a safe option since it cannot cause any major or worse collateral damage since its safe Earthshaker Warheads cannot cause buildings to collapse, but might harm soldiers or civilians if not safe.

The Steel Rain is one of the oldest vehicles which were replaced by the M882 Rattler in the United States' Task Forces during the Second Eurasian Conflict, Steel Rain MLRS were mostly equipped with standard explosive rockets at the start, Red Heat Fuelled Rockets can be purchased for defensive and offensive purposes if a battle begins to become volatile.
