First formed during 2023, the Resistance was formed by the old remnents of the Russian Federation and including former command of the Premier during the Reich's founding, this included several defects to armed militia groups in Russia which hate the new formed Forth Reich of Yuri since its new leader Yuri taken office in the rebuilt, fortified and heavily occupied Kremlin Palace as Yuri's era began with the new government beginning to rebuilding cities and towns which have been ravaged by the Russian Civil War.
But expectedly there have been new borders drawn out by Yuri himself, but the Russian Resistance has been secretly building a small military occupation in the country, several tanks and reused equipment have been sighted in the country, fighting the Reich in several areas such as Stalingrad, Saint Petersburg, Omsk and many others.
All-thou weak and not much organised unlike the Forth Reich of Yuri was, the robust but quick deployment divisions of the Russian Resistance relies on mostly some good numbers of units. They have the known Russian & Chinese built heavy tank, known as the TT-125 Apocalypse, which was built in Russia before the tank entered service for China, they have the Scud Launcher in their possession, good for bombarding positions, several Conscripts were given access to using the vehicles they salvage during their operations.
(Warning, Spoiler Ahead, continue at your risk!)
During the point of 2040, a set of Russian Resistance members have killed a possible spy who was trying to locate secret information on the location of the faction's main Tunnel Entrances, upon discovery they have killed the spy who looked like a member of the Russian Mafia but sounded like a robot however. During this course of the year both sides have questioned each-other that could possibly be go into an mainstream argument and possibly go into war, apparently the Resistance have spotted one of the Russian Resistance's operatives attempting to leak files when that spy sounded like a robot, both sides argued over some time and soldiers from both sides killed one of their commanders which sparked a Full-Scale Conflict between both sides.
Citizens of the New Russian Federation were not pleased with Yuri and the Forth Reich due to their harsh ruling the new formed Russia, there have been several factions fighting the the Reich as part of their own campaign to restore Russia.
Fights have caused civilians to sign up and become the ranks of Resistance fighters of Russia, they are armed with AN-94 Rifles and molotovs.
Trained in fours.
Brave and expert soldiers with usage of RPG-7 launchers, the Resistance's Focket Fighters are not bright, but they can destroy a tank column like standard anti-tank soldiers in any faction.
These troops were selected to fight off the Reich's tank divisions as the divisions of the former motherland roll on into war.
Trained in pairs.
|"Rhino" Battle Tank||
Robust armoured divisions of the Resistance forces.
Medium armoured and armed with a 105mm tank gun, the classic T-83 Rhino tank were introduced in 1988 to fight along side with Russia's finest tanks.
Worked alongside the T-72, T-80 and T-90 tanks, the Rhino was best for fighting in groups.
Earlier amphibious transport vehicles which also serves the chassis of the BTR-80 Razor Anti Air Crawler, first produced during 1986 and upgraded during time.
The BTR-80 Quantum crawler was good for dealing with infantry and crossing water territories and raiding areas with battalions of soldiers fighting the enemy within.
Classic howitzers donated by the Iron Dragon PLA to fend off enemy forces that could possibly pose as a threat to resistance forces, the Type-73 Ruckus howitzer was also known to be a threat to several advancements of Forth Reich of Yuri.
They are equipped with makeshift armour but it makes them a moderately armoured artillery to use in combat.
|"Talisman" Heavy Tank||
Battle Tanks designed to be a good match against modern tanks like the M1A3 Abrams and the Type-99 Dragoon, the old but still operational T-90 Talisman is one of Russia's best tanks utilised by the Resistance to assist the Rhino.
Whilst maybe robust armoured and better equipped than T-72 Devil tanks after their first production variants in 1995, the Talisman served well by various forces before the Kalini Crisis.
|"Apocalypse" Heavy Tank||
Best known for its main grinder beam which is mainly present on Forth Reich built versions of the TT-125 Apocalypse Tank and its beastly looking cannons for dealing with combatants.
The version used by the resistance don't have fire tipped warheads for the cannon munitions or the grinder beam, but at the same time they are still quite stronger than standard tanks without the grinder beam.
|"Uragan" Missile Launcher||
Currently outclassed by Forth Reich operated BM-V3 Smerch' and GLRF armoured versions of the Uragan, the unmodified version is relativeley weaker than its armoured version.
The Russian Resistance salvaged the launchers and are used to launch high-explosive missiles at enemy units, but they are known to be slow and weak unlike the GLRF version.
|"Havoc" Combat Helicopter||
One of many surviving combat helicopters in service of the Russian Resistance, the classic Mi-28 Havoc Gunship is specially built for fighting enemy forces on the ground and hostile aircraft in the air.
All-thou several found Havoc gunships were refitted with an auto cannon and a set of rocket pods and missiles, they are not very strong or well armoured against the Reich built Havoc Chopper mk.II gunship.
|"Vulture" Superhind Gunship||
Nicknamed the Mi-24 Vulture due to having heavy weapons such as gatling cannons, rocket pods and missiles, the good helicopter is best known for dealing with conflicts in the 20th and 21st century.
The Vulture Superhind used by the Russian Resistance is on a mission to retake the Motherland from the Forth Reich.
|"Forger" VTOL Interceptor||
Restored for combat use against the Forth Reich of Yuri for intercepting enemy units in the air and on the ground.
The Yak-38 Forger was used during the Kalini Crisis were spotted featuring urban camouflage rather than desert ones which were common on the GLRF version of the old and restored VTOL itself.
|"Raycaster" Stealth Fighter||
Used in small quantities during the course of the Kalini Crisis due to being advanced, Su-57 Raycasters are good for airstrike capabilities along with combating enemy aircraft and sets of ground units if called in.
They can acquire a set of 30mm automatic cannons from pilots operating the aircraft being combat heroes, after attacking enemy more units.
|"Cub" Airborne Transport||
A military cargo and transport plane based off the An-10 civilian airliner, the An-12 Cub has been around since 1959 for civil and military use, but since the Kalini Crisis have been causing trouble in Russia.
The An-12 Cub was found in the Russian Resistance for transporting soldiers into the battlefield and military commanders around the world when being called upon by faction leaders.
|"Enraged Cub" Airborne Gunship||
Derived from the classic Cub transport aircraft, the air gunship equipped An-12AC Enraged Cub is an attack version of the aircraft which served the Soviet and Russian airforce during the Vietnam War and even the Cold War.
The Enraged Cub competes with the American AC-130 Spectre but until now the aircraft have been found being used by Russian military resistance groups, mainly during the ongoing Kalini Crisis fighting the Forth Reich of Yuri.
|"Typhoon" Multi-Role Submarine||
First built as a failed experiment by using the old and first version of the Chikatilo-11 Typhoon as a base, these submarines are capable of anti-naval and anti-land attack purposes whenever required, they are not built in Resistance Tunnels.
But lucky enough these versions of the Chikatilo-11 Typhoon subs were built underground before they were airlifted for combat use in the seas.
|Resistance Tunnel||Spotted to be similar as the GLRF's Tunnel Networks but without machine guns, they have the flag of Russia flying on a makeshift flagpole, the Resistance Tunnels connect the ground above with Russian Resistance connections underground.|
|Resistance Airstrip||Makeshift built, using various materials such as sheet metal and any bricks or other types salvaged from the harsh wastelands of ruined Russia, Resistance Airstrips are capable of launching all aircraft into the air including classic Havoc, Hinds and the classic Forger into combat along with modern Raycaster into combat|
|Makeshift Pillbox||First sighted as just a small bunker but equipped with a machine gun and a small rocket turret in defending Resistance Tunnels across Russia, unlike the Company versions of the defensive structure, they don't last long in a firefight.|
