The 'Type-42 "Banshee" Electronic Countermeasures Tank (or ECM) is an advanced anti-rocket support vehicle which can tamper with the electronics of vehicles across the battlefield, first built from the early stages of 2021 as China's first functional supportive tank, the Banshee first saw action in 2023 during the final years during the final battles against the GLA during the course of the First Eurasian Conflict.

Behind the Scenes
- Retaining its original coding from C&C Generals Zero Hour, no further changes will be made to the Banshee but several changes to appearance will be considered.
- The Banshee will be available for all Chinese Generals, General Leang will recieve a special version of the Banshee but sporting a different style and setting rather than its original.
